Dear Sir,
I have purchased my HP DV 6- 6018tx pavilion laptop on 25th Oct 2011. Within 15 dfays of purchase laptop display is having problem. Colours have scattered and display is blurred. I have complaint to the HP service center but they are wasting time by asking snapshots and photos of the display. I have already provided all the photos they asked but still there is no action from there side. Even they are no calling and telling the status. And its very difficult to call them again and again because waiting time is also long on customer care line. My case Id is - 4666222514. I have logged complaint on 8th. Please advice what should i do??
