laptop problem sir ! three months back's side i purchased a laptop from lenovo showroom . they said
with a written proof from the company side that u have won a blackberry phone worth
more than 20000rs .but u have to pay a draft of 4000 thousand more.i paid that also
but till nw i haven got any phone .there is no response from the companywat should i
do?

Dear Abhinav,
Regarding your complaint you just have to send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. to get any solution on Company level. Send your complaint to the MD of the Lenovo Co. and do keep a copy of that letter with you. Hope you will get a positive response in this concern.
