Dear sir/madam
the when i received my laptop from that i am facing the problem of sound from my laptop.
regarding this i have talked to customer care service of dell ,but after that also my problem was not resolved they told me that we don't see any problem with your speakers .
Then again i called them and requested them to resolve my problem but then also they didn't do ant thing to resolve it .I am really fed up of calling them repeatedly ,my laptop is in warranty period then also they are not resolving my problem.
Dell's customer told me that she can't do any thing and she gace me there mangers e-mail id
then i forwarded my complaint to there manger ,but after that also my problem was not resolved .

My left speaker is not working..and my warrantly period is over from last month...can u please tell me how much it will cost to repair it.....thanking you..
