Dear Sir,



I had purchased a laptop from HP vender on 17th November 2008. After using
it 4-5 months it has started a problem with DVD and same has been to
escalated to authorised vendors they ask me to visit their service centre.
Mr Rakesh Upadhya is the head has confirmed me that DVD is under warranty
and will replace in next 3 working days but they have returned my laptop
after 10 days.



Now the laptop has started again problem with battery by not charging a
battery. I fed up with HP company process there is no support for their
customer at all, even they are least bother to reply the query.



I want to know that how can I sue against of HP company of their inferiority
product provided to me which cause a loss of money and time. I have lot
headache, tension, harassed, anxious due to inferior quality of product
given by hp company. I had wrote a lot mail also but they did not responded
any one.



Please help me out to get rid of this by suggesting the way to consumer
court.
