    Default Very Poor Service & no proper response from HP



    Product Number : 2CE6350VGN We hv purchased an note book from HP & it is under warranty till 3.9.2009, however our notebook was getting over heated, our hard disk crashed & CD player was not working properly, so we hv given it in servicing on 6.6.09 & till now it is not ready & no proper response !

    dear in your laptop problem is heating this is due to inproper thermal system.
    and plz ask laptop replaced .after some time due to heating your mother board will stop working.
