We have purchased two Compaq notebook From M/S. A CCI Mall Panipat vide bill no. under compaq preserio notebook offers.We register all our required details on company website and they give us a redemption code as below:- Thank you for registering your product. Please send below documents to HP Redemption Cell We have sent all the required documents alongwith a demand draft of Rs. wirth Rs. 2598/- The company issued a claim no. 547586 dt. 07-02-2009 and promise to send the item till 45 days. But it is a matter of regret that despite of our so many mails first they have sent us misleading statements. and now they have stop to answer our mail. Due to this ignorance we are facing heavy financial losses.
As per Company statement the item was worth Rs. 23980/- which was to be sent. So the amount worth Rs. 23980/- should be given alongwith a sum of Rs. 10000/- as mental agony and harrasement
