I'm writing this after i've not got any satisfactory reply from Hp India Representative. I had given my laptop DV2117TX having S/N 2CE637132S for repair at their Surat service station i.e. Xcort Micro System on 20 June, 08 along with battery under Extended warranty . The jobcard they issued me was without battery no. copy of same is lying with me. After repair when i start using my laptop, battery starts giving problem i.e. on battery laptop works not more then 10 minutes. I complaint the same to the service center but their was no effect on dumb ears. Then i registered complaint on Hp website and one of their representative Mr Jasmin contacted me. i have given all the detailed required by him but they are not ready to admit that the battery has been replaced at their service center. They are also not ready to replace battery as my laptop is still under warranty. I'm also sending all the communication i have done with service center and Hp representative as below. So request your intervention for the replacement of battery. Dear Rajesh First of all please clear ur confusion chk the date of unit submitted to your service center and date of extended warranty. So please don't move away from the fact that unit was not under warranty at the time of unit submitted to your service center all the details are their in trail mail Moreover their is total negligency from HP sevice partner as they are taking the battery and adapter at the time of service and same is not mentioned in Job Sheet and same treatment i received from you. As battery no. is not matching with unit and this happened only at your service center. So request you to please give resolution with replacement of Battery. Note: Ministry of Consumer Affair : This is the last attempt i'm doing for resolution of my complaint and if the same is not done then i will file case in consumer Court. Regards Satya Pra
