Hi,

I purchased an HP DV6 Pavilion laptop on 2-Mar-11.
The dealer had an offer "HP Love Bundle" which entitled me to few free gifts:-
1. Two HP Snap On covers
2. HP Tri-button Mouse
3. HP 4 GB USB Flash-drive
4. HP Digital Stereo Headset

Total worth = 3500.

For getting these I had to register on the HP website and mail the invoice and the copy of the Bar-code on the box.

This I have done and received an acknowledgement of the same on March 14, 2011.

It is now over 2 months and yet the gifts are not received. On follow-up I am simply getting assurances and excuses.

I have asked the Dealer to take the laptop back and refund me the cost of the same. I am however
not getting any reply from him too.

Kindly guide me regarding the process of taking this further.
