i have a acer laptop 5920 .. i faced issue with the laptop .. simce day one .. there was a issue with the CD rom on the laptop .. and i informed the same to the people from the service center .. the cd rom was making noise while reading CD .. they informe dthat it good since it was reading cd .. now the CD-rom in not detecting any cd at all .. and when i informed that to them they informed that the laptop was out of warrenty by JUST ONE day .. and they denied support .. that snot done .

Sub: Facing same probem with my Acer laptop fourth
time.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I purchase Acer laptop on 25/05/2008 from Emall, Infocity, Ganghinagar. After using
it for 4 month i

start facing a problem that its screen turn black after flickering with intermediate
dim display. I

went to emall to register a complaint,they took my laptop for repair. They have
given me reference number, job card object no. A-98, and case id 100308-373. As per
them they have replace LCD of my laptop

After using it for another quater, i found the same problem with my laptop, its
screen turns black. I

again went to emall, this time they told me to visit Ashtech infotech pvt ltd for
repair.

My laptop was reparied by ashtech, Ashtech, this time they told me that the
problem is with the inverter board & its required to be changed, this time the case
id is 040309-321. the date of repaire is 04/04/2009.

After using it for 3 to 4 month i found the same problem with my laptop, dim display
and turn completely

black. This time i launch a complaint in Acer by calling on the number given by
Ashtech, I also told the person in Acer that i am planning to file a complaint in
Consumer court as enough is enough. They told me that your laptop is in warranty
period so it will be repaired for free, and this time it will be fixed forever, and
if not we will do something for you. I again went to Astech for repair. This time
they again replace my LCD. the case id for this servise was 051809-159 and the date
of repair was 25-05-2009.

After using for another month i again found the same problem, fourth time for now.

Sir, I am really frustated with what is happening to
me, Two times my LCD was replaced and one time

inverter board, still the problem persist. Either they dont know whats the problem
is or there is some

kind of manufacturing defect with my laptop.

Sir, I request you to take this matter seriously, If not done, i have left with no
other option but to take legal action.
