I have Ordered an Inspiron 15 system through the sales person Varun Ailawadi my order no. was 0328006 dated 02/06/2009 they have charged my credit card for the same and got their claim from the bank after that they have cancelled my order because of no reason and now they are neither refunding me the money neither reprocessing the order. when i called them they said that the my bank has declined the claim but it's reflecting in my monthly statement that Dell India Pvt. Ltd, has got their claim from the bank.
As laptop is not delivered yet so i am not able to do my work on time. They are not even replying to my calls. Dell India has disturbed me as the amount i have paid is not a small amount of Rs 34798.
I want the laptop to be delivered or i want the refund. They have affected my work.

I purchased a Dell Vostro 1510 on 10 Jan 2009 form CONTEC SYSTEM 108, Sahyog Building,58.

Within purchasing of 2 months it created problem and then Dell customer support sent their representative to my office, he changed whole mother board and keyboard. But after that my system was creating problem with drivers. Now 15 Days before, i got bad sectors in my Hard Drive, When i talked with Dell customer care, they told me that the warranty time period has been expired. While dealer told me 1 year warranty on that time. Now i am connecting dealer's contact no. 011-26451618, but no body is receiving my call for last 3 days. Now that dealer and Dell both are not helping me. Dell is asking rs. 8000 for replacing hard drive. I have been very frustrated with their damn procedure to handle customer.

Its Vostro Notebook 1510, cost was rs. 33000. Its service tag is GR8Z1BS.
Please help me.

Hello,
I am Bitopan Das from Guwahati, Assam.
I have purchased a Dell Vostro 1510( Service tag : HYWH2BS) on 9-12-08. and from that date my warranty should be expired on one year later that is on 9-12-09. But when I faced its problem with the battery and screen on 25-11-09 I had asked the shop from where I have purchased the machine , asking for what to do, they had told me to dial the toll free number of Dell Customer Service and also advised me check in the internet on Dell.com to avail my warranty. After 2 days of that I had check in the Dell.com using my Service tag number that has mentioned above and it had shown me that my warranty expired on 21-11-09. I was so shocked then. Immediately after that I had called the customer support and they had also told the exact thing.

I am very confused with this.........
Please help me in this ......because my warranty date still alive.....

Please suggest me what I have to do now..........
