    dear sir ,

    my problem is with my laptop .Near the charging slot where the point was there were
    we insert the cable ,it was crack and the lenovo management told me that it was
    physcial damage .how i dont now. If you put slot on that at how much pressure you
    put first the charging point was was crack but not the body ,in this case body was
    cracked and no signed of any scrtach near by .i send you the details with snap shot
    to you .

    I bought a laptop 1 year back and got its onsite warranty renewed for 2 years after paying Rs.5300.00 to the company. Recently I am having a problem with my laptop and tried to lodge a complaint. The service numbers provided 1800113324 fro BSNL and 180030700010 for other connections does not exist. Neither could i lodge my problem nor could i get my laptop repaired. I am facing immense problem for this.
    I am not being able to use my laptop properly causing harm to my carrer thus causing much economic loss apart from the mental harrassment.
    I would like to get a compensation of Rs.1,00,000.00 at least for the economic loss apart from the mental agony and tension that i have to go through for redressing my laptop.

    Exclamation No warranty extension documents received Lenovo laptop

    I had prchased a Lenovo y410 laptop in june 2008. from then on I have faced severe problems from its DVD Drive. It stops working every six months or so. I got it changed for 3 times till date from the lenovo service centers. So I extended its warranty to 2 years as prompted by the customer care. I contacted them and they transferred me to some RT OUTSOURCING SERVICES LTD. And I did as they said. They mailed me the extension certificate & told me that I would soon receive the warranty extension document, on july 2009. But till now I haven't received any documents. I tried to get some help from their website. But it shows that my machine is out of warranty. So I have two complaints with the Lenovo company.
    1. They have designed such a machine that have a rubbish DVD Drive(slot-in), which gets ruined every six months. And they have provided no options to us but to spend extra bucks and use an external drive. But it looks stupid to carry such a drive to work. I am fully screwed.
    2. I am till now unsure that my warranty is extended or not. As its website shows no change in my warranty.
    They are be fooling the customers.
    Many of my work is harmed due to it.
    Please take necessary action.
