I bought a laptop 1 year back and got its onsite warranty renewed for 2 years after paying Rs.5300.00 to the company. Recently I am having a problem with my laptop and tried to lodge a complaint. The service numbers provided 1800113324 fro BSNL and 180030700010 for other connections does not exist. Neither could i lodge my problem nor could i get my laptop repaired. I am facing immense problem for this.
I am not being able to use my laptop properly causing harm to my carrer thus causing much economic loss apart from the mental harrassment.
I would like to get a compensation of Rs.1,00,000.00 at least for the economic loss apart from the mental agony and tension that i have to go through for redressing my laptop.
