Sir,
I logged a complaint of not working LCD of my laptop (DELL VOSTRO 3400) at dell support center via telephone call and asked them to change/replace the LCD as it is affecting my official work. However, the company refused to send support engineer to my place as they are connecting this issue with physical damage. There is no physical damage seen on Screen so far and without even seeing the condition they provide of irresponsible solution.
They are linking their faulty product as my damage and also dont want to send engineer to have a look what is damaged or not. Since I am working in Govt of India organization under Ministry of IT, and this laptop is issued by Company only. Also, to mention that the laptop still covers 3 Years on site warranty.
Kindly take some action against them in order to resolve this issue.
