Dear Sir..

This is my last mail to you .. I am now seriously thinking of legal
action..Such unprofessionalism is hardly expected from a company of your
repute


I purchased a Dell Vostro 1015 Laptop on Thursday and it's Bluetooth and
Webcamera are not working ever since..

Despite repeated phone calls and emails All i got from your side are
irrelevant mails...
I was promised the first day of my complaint after 30 mins on the phone
that an engineer would visit my place to trouble shoot my system if it is
faulty but no one has come since..

They didn't even care to call me once..
Everyday i call customer service they put me on hold and transfer the call
to technical department where no one answers for 25 mins...

I am badly disappointed ...Please help me ..I am leaving for Germany
tomorrow..would appreciate if you could atleast care to call me and get the
updates
