sir,i had bought a compaq presario cq62-112tu laptop on 18.10.2010,but around 15 to20 days it started flickering or screen started blincking (product code wp716a#acj)&serial no cnf01281gm. i had shown the laptop twice in the official hp service in dehradun (in travo01st time token no 3011& 2nd time 3161 but still the problem is persisting &i have given it for the 3rd time token 3313 i have visited the service centre for 7 times a multinational company like hp have this type of customer service &this is the type of pain that they gives.kindly pls help me out .SAMBHASAN 9458946684
