DEAR SIR/MADAM

This is Sanjay Prasad had bought a HCL leaptop (SI no A084AX159546 product code AX0P2842) on 31.01.09 and since last week I am facing problem with CD/DVD Drive. i.e. system is not reading the CD/DVD. THE LAPTOP IS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.

I have contected many times to HCL service centre at Delhi and Noida. Some of them not picking up the phone and one of them told that this is not our product. You had to go to the retailer from where you had bought it. But the retailer is not ready to accept it as they have responsibility to sell the product and not to provide service. when ever i had try to contect through e-mail, They used to provide me a new no. which as usual either not in secvice or not responding.

Now what should I do. Please guide me.
