I ordered a Laptop from DELL Organization and they were unable to provide me the laptop within the given date.
still I waited for about 10 days ,so I proposed to cancel my order and they do that. Now my problem is that they are:

1. my money is with them for about 45 days.
2.they are not clear for refund of money.
