i Have purchased hp notebook dv3 4170 in Dubai on oct 2010 and the product is still under international warranty. the hard disk has malfunctioned and i have submitted the notebook at Madurai, India service centre. The service id is 4626332505. The customer service enginer at Madurai and the call centre person at Chennai are extremely uncourteous and are taking me for a ride. I have called the customer care number in Chennai for numerous times.

The notebook though covered by internatiol warranty which i have checked with the website, the hp service personnel is denying me warranty prevailage to change the harddisk and instead Iam being pushed from one unfreindly customer care executive to another
