i brought a laptop of hcl from there site the model no. was AE1V0997-X. when i received the laptop i saw that the looks and the feature are not same as they have mentioned over the site. Even the image they had shown there is different and the main multimedia touch feature which had mentioned over there was not present.so after receiving laptop i called them,mail them.finally they called me after 2-3 days and asked me about the problem.at that time they said sir we are transferring your complaint to sales depart i wait for 3-4 day they didn't given me any response till now and now when i mail them i don't get any reply.so please help me what can i do in this case.now they have also removed my model from there site.but it can be seen on other site after searching on google
