lenovo s10 complaint
I purchased a lenovo s10 laptop from jalandhar (punjab). It was just a month old
that its speaker stopped working.When taken to service centre we were told to wait
for 10 days as the speaker was not in stock all over india but sadly it didnt came
till 40th day on that day i was called they took my laptop and after an hour said a
wrong speaker came further they spoiled the camera and body cover with their
screwdriver also they spoiled the lcd screen.
i would like you to take the required action as soon as possible.

Poor customer service
poor customer care from lenevo i called up 180030700010 agent name Asif attended my call, i have given a complaint regarding my ethernet driver connection to LAN, ref id:L98i00UT, very very poor customer care from the agent he had given useless solutions about my query and he dont know what to respond after putting me hold for more than half an hour he asked my personal mobile number so that he refer someone and give me solutions on my query, till now he has failed to answer me.pls do necessary action and sort out the issues because we choose lenevo for its brand and customer care, pls do appoint suitable persons in business to avoid issues and spoil the company name.

according to my laptop lenovos10
hi i have lenovo s10. it shut down today and i wanna whats the problem or any solution of it. my husband just hook up usa card and it said restart and never on again pls help me ....

Complaint against Lenovo customer service and warranty service teams
I purchased my lenovo laptop in May 2008 and have subsequently had many issues with their customer service teams.
The latest being this:
I purchased a 2 year warranty from Lenovo in Hyderabad from Hitech Infomatics Ltd. in September 09 and I have an issue with my camera. I keep raising this complaint with Lenovo but they simply refure to register my warranty details inspite of my scanning and sending them the purchase and registration receipts multiple times.
I have escalated this to multiple departments but they don`t respond and refuse to let me talk to their managers.
I am at my wits end and I hope that you will be able to help me out.
