Dear Sir,
I had submitted my notebook PC to a service center of Hew-let Packard (HP)-Elite Business Service Noida for repairing of LCD screen and my laptop is working fine when i had submitted it for repair,
after repairing laptop screen is working fine but they are (service center) that the mother board of your PC is damaged and you have to pay 11,000 for this and they had already
charged 27,000 for the repairing of LCD screen and they had not given me a bill for that they told me that your bill is already delivered to your address by courier but i hadn't receive any bill .
They are saying that there is no responsibility of service center if your PC is not on warranty (weather the PC is damaged during repair) .
So sir please tell me the procedure of filling complain against them.
