i bought my laptop DELL studio 1558 , and since i received it (5th august 2010) i m facing many problems.
my mother board,processor and battery had already been replaced due to many problems.
now again i m facing problems with my mother board, processor, heat sinker and cd drive.
i talked to DELL's technical support regarding this issue.
but this time i dont want part replacement but rather i want whole unit to be replaced because now it is sure that they delivered me a defected piece as it is getting some problem again and again with the basic components.
but they people refused to replace it .
now i have no other option than going to consumer court.
but i dont want to do it as it will waste my time and as a student i dont have that much time.
i talked to their highest escalation team but they refused to replace it and said that "if you want you can go to the court but we will not replace it".
