product under warranty period but service not provided
I had purchased dell studio 15 laptop 2 months back and whn i was playing the dvd there was a very dim negligible voice and when i contacted the dell customr support by phone they told me several instructions but insipite of that it is not working properly and i have emailed the company regarding this but i have received no reply.
