My name is Sunil Kumar. I have purchased a HP laptop in february. In February HP was offering a free gift Phillips Home Theater system with Laptop. They charged RS.1500 for handling charges of that gift from me but I have not received gift. They had a deadline of 6 weekd after receiving 1500 rs cheque and required document. I already sent Rs 1500 and other document and they recieved also.

Plese take any action against HP redemption cell, because the cost of that product is more than Rs. 10,000.
