I had bought a laptop of LENOVO in MAY 2010. But it has stopped working since Dec 2010. lenovo service centre in VAranasi said that the Harddisk is nor working and needs replacement. As it was in warrantyu period therefore we thought it would be replaced, but the servicce centre people said that the warranty needs to be upgraded and for it we should con tact the customer caare. We contacted the customer care for the upgradation of the warranty and were told that within 3 working dats we would be contacted. It was in Dec 20,2010, but ssince then heard back from them. Everytime contacted they tell we will contact within 24 hrs. Kindly suggest what to de?
