Dear Sir/Madam


First of all greeting of the day !

I was give my LAPTOP (HCL)for repair in warranty 13/1/11. and they was told me they will handover my laptop within 2 day,but haven't received my laptop untill.

I am everyday call in HCL customer care telling me your LAPTOP is RECTIFIED please collect your LAPTOP frm servise center, but when i call HCL servise center person told me your LAPTOP still not repair and told everyday should be 4-5 day's more, and again i call after 4-5 day' so again they repeat 4-5 day' more.

I working is very loss without my LAPTOP bcoz my work concern with net so all data have in my LAPTOP.

Please advise.
