Dear Sir,
I had purchased a DELL Vostro 1014 on 6th june 2010. BUt I had face too many problem in the Laptop.
I spoke to Dell support team they confirm the problem and ready for the replacement after too much follow up.
On 11th og Nov 2010 they had picked my laptop for the replacement and they confirm me that I'll get a new Laptop within 15 working days.
But nw from last 30 days they are making fool of me,some times they said that model is not avaliable,part related problem and so on.....
I used to call them on dailty basis but they not respond me.Now I fellt that my Laptop has been thefted.

Please help me in sthis matter.
