I am facing the same problem . purchased a dell studio 14 1 week ago and its DVD drive in not functional and i had to stay on customer care phone line for 15 - 20 mins two times ending up with a disconnected call from dell technical support like we cannot do anything against them since a call back will take 15 more mins
On the other hand i got repeated calls while i filled form to purchase the laptop. If i said 5 mins the dell care use to call every 4 min and 59th sec . Where is the service now ?
