Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I purchased a Dell laptop around 2 months back (12/11/2010) & ordered a bag for the laptop by paying them extra charge but the sent me a normal bag which comes free with every laptop. Now I am calling them on daily basis & asking to send me the right back but they always give me one or other excuse & ask me to wait for 10-12 days with a promise that they will send it to me.

I have all the case numbers & order numbers regarding the same. Please help & let me know how to file this case & get help from consumer court.

Can this issue be resolved?
