    Default HP delaying the despatch and poor customer service

    dear sir,
    i bought a new HP laptop (hp pavilion dm4-1024tx, serial No. CNU0240224) from croma electronics, aurangabad. i got the laptop on 28/11/2010. initially it was working fine. on 13th december it stopped working. i made a contact with online hp service centre, he was unable to solve the prob, so he asked me to take it to service centre wen i was in NAGPUR under the case 4623555669. they told the hard drive was faulty, so they got me replaced on 17th december. on 17th december i made a call to hp customer care on the number 080-30306363, and asked for recovery disk of windows 7, under the case 4623765417. the customer care lady told me that the discs would be delivered within 7 days. but they WERE NOT. so in between i again had a chat with the online customer care, ail from hbut the lady told, she was unable to track the shipment. today i.e. 28th dec. i recieved an email from hp care, saying the case was closed, the mail also consisted link to the courier service so i tracked my shipment, its in nagpur. its showing the status "NO SERVICE FOR DESTINATION ".
    so, i again contacted online hp, they said they will talk wid higher authorities. they asked for alternate address, so that they will ship the discs t that address.
    sir, i have following questions for hp. how did the hard disc error ocur? why it took so long to ship the recovery discs? why did HP give it to courier service, whose servive is not in this area? they could have called and asked for alternate address at the same time or they would have speed posted it. SPeed post is reachable everywhere. today i aksed is it possible for my uncle to collect the discs from nagpur, they said, they need to talk higher authorities.
    i want them to answer me. i am really frustrated. as the laptop is not working, i m unable to do anything, since all my work is related to laptop and internet. i want a compensation from HP, for the physical as well as mental suffereing n inconveience caused to me because of this NEW HP Laptop.

    it has been 3 days, still they havent updated the case id 4624124093
