I have purchased Compaq CQ 50 model in last july frm ahmedabad and since the
date of purchase , I am facing battry back upoblem and now its become a
nightmare for me as after giving almost 10 times to your different autho
service station in ahmedbad and baroda , my problem is not solved...
Even I have contacted banglore office also .....but outcome is zero...
Now only engineer from service station are suggesting me to file a
complaint in consumer protection ......coz they told me that unless battery
health is " Replace " condition , they will not replace battery but they are
agree that my laptop battery is not working well...
i think you people are forcing me to take some harsh action, may be i am
thinking to go in consumer protection as almost i have 10-12 job card of
your different service center of gujarat...i am sorry to say something hard
but you think yourself at my place and do needful..still am hopeful but its
really pathetic response from company like HP.....
Sir, this was the communication i made with HP(Compaq people) but prob is still as it is...
