Have given my laptop to Bhan Computers Feb 2010 for first time for repair got it back in march and paid Rs. 5,300/- for repair but with the same fault occuring again within a week of repair. Gave him back for repair again it took him 5 months for repair and after repair he asked for Rs. 10,000/- said the complaint won't occur again in future and gave us laptop in October,2010 after repair but within a month of repair the situation was the same i gave him laptop on Nov 28th,2010 and its been 15 days there is no reply and when we call they say that the owner of shop is not there and doesn't know of repair progress on your laptop.
