My compaq presario laptop B 1800 was given to HP service center a month before the warranty expired to get the DVD drive repaired.
They replaced the drive after 2 months and that too with a wrong part, so I had to give them the laptop back. They again replaced it with the right DVD part but when I recieved
the Laptop from the dealer it was not working. So i sent it back.
Now they are saying we wont replace it as the warranty has expired.

The warranty expired as they kept the laptop with them for 2 months..Why should I bear the cost for repairs

The senior manager Mr Raslam wasnt entertaining my calls. After 2 months he replied to my complaint saying he cant do anything about it.

The same laptop through out gave me a lot of trouble earlier too as I had to keep sending it for repairs as it was getting problems.

They should not charge me for the repairs as its not my fault that the warranty had expired.
