This is regarding the replacement of dell studio 1435 model issue Service Tag No-6QLP3BS.

my name is pardha saradhi.s am a student of i2it-pune. i have purchased a laptop from dell directly in jul - aug 2009. it started getting problems from some feb 2010. my first problem is lcd with lines. then later wifi and keyboard and later with some heat problem at that time they chagned my motherboard, heat sink.

there after the problem is repeated.one fine morning a person from dell called me on mobile and asked me to extend my warenty to complete cover because your facing many problems with laptop is it will be help ful. this process done in march 2010 . i paid amount for complete cover ammount in may and it is done process and teken time to do extention upto mid june 2010.
after that i have got many problems and my mother board has been replaced for 3-4 times till now and apart from hard disk and fingerprint reader every thing has been replace for a single issue of powering on of my laptop on battery for some times not regularlly. so recently last week i asked for complete replacement of my laptop beacese issue is not solving. so they refused to do and they are asking to submit my laptop in service center for 4 to 5 days.
But almost from last one year am facing same problem with this. most of my time is wasting of this problem. i need to call to custerm center. i used to on hold for hours. and dissucison for 1-2 hours every time. now am doing my internship in a company. so most of the my time is wasting and my carrer is spoiling because of dell.


Please i Request consumer court to look into matter. and help me to get the my new order.
