Iam Rahul Yadav from Aurangabad Maharshtra.I have booked a Laptop Online to Dell from sales person Mr Pradeep Sheety.I have Paid 62530 Rs/- in cash deposited in Dell's Accoutn at Aurangabad Citi bank on 2th Oct'2010.Sales person has Promissed me that he will be delevrying before Diwali.But while sending me order conformation he sended me Delevry Date 11th Nov'2010.Before diwali i have contaced him but he was not responding.Nor the toll free no. They just keeping tranfering from one desk to another and Phone gets disconnected.On 8th Nov I again called him then he told me that that Modle is Not available after 12 days this reply i got from them. I was very angry but they told me More advance Laptop they will give me in Same Price XPS Modle and he promised me to be deleveried to me on or before 19th Nov.But suddenly on 17th of Nov i got mail from Dell by Mr Abhishek(I don't know who the hell is he.)Regarding order acknoledagement on 17th and in that mail he wrote order no will be available soon in next mail.So i tried to contact Mr Pradeep Shetty.But asusauall he was not responding then i replyed to that mail and then tried Toll free No of Dell for Order status which Mr Pradeep has sended me.Then came the most shocking thing on toll free Order status check they says the order no which u have given is been cancled.Now see what is this.What to do ?
I wrote a mail to there Manager Mr Amit Mukherji about this i told him give me Laptop or my Money o 19th Itself.or i will go to Consumer court.

They take money quickly.And for returing thay says it will required 8 days.and that to they will send DD to me.And i have paid in cash to them.So what to do Please guide me.I want my money with Intrest .I have taken loan for a laptop.Bank won't leave me one month intrest.Please help.
