i have ordered and dell inspiron laptop on sep 6,2010 which includes a 1 GB ati mobility radeon graphic card. I have recieved an email from dell confirming the same thing. But when I have received the laptop 21 days later,it does not contain the graphic card nor do the invoice statement mention about it.They have given me extra unnecessary thing for me as compensation without even informing me.(500GB harddisk instead of 320 and 15 months antivirus subscription).The customer care keeps transferring calls from one to another but gives no solution.what should i do??
