I bought a new Dell Studio 1425 which delivered to me on 25th april,2009. in the very 2nd day its optical drive stopped working ang a CD got stuck inside. the LCD has a problem as well and its not proper. very bad handling was done by the person who came in to fix the problem and my laptop is not functioning properly. i need a replacement of the system.
