Hi Sir/Madam,

I brought a lenovo G450 note book in June 2010 from sector 12 faridabad, Haryana. After 3 months its arrow keys start giving problem (not working properly). I visited its service center on 12th of Oct, they took my laptop and gave me a slip and told me to call there customer care and lodge a complaint. till date i tried that number more then 100 times but my call is not connected to that number.

My work is getting upset from last 4 days and god knows how much more time it will take to resolve my problem. Please help me out. Lenovo has the worst customer support. Choosing lenovo was the worst decision of my life and i am sure I'll never recommend lenovo to any one.

My laptop is still in their service center. But now i think they will not gonna do anything, i have to resolve my query from some other engineer.
