On MArch 6th I called the first time the techinical support. My battery of DELL 1530 XPs has gone bad. I have spent so much of money on the phone since MArch 6th and the Dell company has not bothered to reply back. At last I got through an employee and they sent me a quote for the new battery. I have replied to them immediately and they have not replied back at all. Today is April 29th. Dell has to pay me or replace my whole laptop. More than all this I have a Dell Premium Care Plus and they just ignore all this. This is terrible.
