Lenovo laptop I have a lenovo 3000 N100 laptop which contain windows vista basic pre-installed. Many peoples told me that the company should give the genuine windows cd/dvd with laptop but i got no windows cd/dvd. please help..........

From past 18 to 20 months over.
from past 2 yrs same thing n no reply..
The reply i got last 2 yrs back tht someone will contact me but wen
warranty got over den they r contacting me n telling to but warrant care
pack..
EVERY TIME PROB FROM MANUFACTURES SIDE.
10 to 12 times i contacted..
please look into my matter
