I got a new battery from Dell for my laptop last year in September. In less than 8 months, the battery is dead. The technical support people are saying that it is because of the wrong usage..but i have used the battery as per instruction and i believe that the battery should last for at least a year...they refuse to replace the battery as the warranty period is only 3 months..i believe i have been sent a poor quality product...The dell technical guys refuse to accept the fact.
