Sub: - Acer Laptop 5730z USB Port issue
Respected Sir,
We purchase the ACER NOTEBOOK model no. 5730Z & serial no. LYTQ20C0048380A1742000
from RESORSYS on 4-APRIL-2009. from the first day one of the USB port of left side
of the notebook is
Not working. We concern Mr. Raghav , they refer us to send the machine to service
center immidaite.
On Monday. We deposit the machine to Lajpat Nagar service centre. Wide case ref
no. 040609-130.
The machine seals are in intact condition. They (service center person)told us your
USB port 2 pins are folf. We have to take a Approval from higher authorities. Plz
submit the machine. They told us check the status on next day From MR.Ghai.
Next day to Mr. Ghai told us your case is refuse by higher authiruty for further
detail plz
Contact Mr. Devrath Aacharya. Regarding the issue. After the word Mr. Devrath
Aacharya they have refuse to repair or replace a USB port of the above said Acer
machine.
On Thursday we send our executive to collect the machine on as it is condition.
Over there we found the lower seals of the machine were broken & when we switch on
the machine. We found gray & white display with horizontal & vertical lines on the
screen.
We have not ready to take the machine on that condition as it seals are broken by
service centre & display or TFT of notebook has been change by them. We are
taking this case to consumer court. Plz
Do needful as soon as possible regarding the issue. We have sent the mail copy to
Mr. Raghav & consumer forum & acer team.
