Dear sir i hav puchased cq 40 144 tu notebook ON 31/01/09
notebook sl no CND8363RNO,
Since from 13 feb there is problem of power on -off
i hav already login my compailn to your toll free num and also visit three times to
service centre.but my problem is not sort out yet.
my note book automatically off even it is 90% charged or when we lifted in on mode
now a days service centre in muzaffarpr totally closed
it is totaaly imposible for me to move to next which is 4 to 5 hrs from my office/home.
i m not happy with your service as well as your new note book
even problem come in first 15 days.
plz change my notebook
plz help
