My name is Neeraj Kr Mogha. I have purchased HCL Notebook G28 CP on dated
24-june-2009. After some time I have faced dim display problem.

Then i have given my laptop on Green Park HCL Service Center. They have solved my
problem but they have changed my battery and DVD Writer to the OLD one. This battery
is very old. Now they are not replacing my battery. So Sir Plz guide me what should
I do at this situation.

i purchased the laptop in sep 2009,the day before yesterday night when shutdown my laptop,next morning i log on i saw a v shape line in the middle of the screen.my laptop is notebook k28 pdc & serial no. is 9084ax125789,i hope u take a necessary action as soon as possible

my faulty motherboard which had to be repaced within 1 week acc. to hcl is still on pending list even after 3weeks...

as we complain on 30/11/10 - 1900139990 .
But from you side no one is atten the complain and they are clearing it without verifying
and we had complain severly time on telephone then on 18/1/11 dinesh came and attend after cheking he told that in front mike pin has problem. So i will replace it after 4to5days. Till now he has not replaced and then we have phone to hcl coustmer care they are telling that the complain is cleared and the repair part has replaced

without attening they are clearing the problem .


Note : If you company doesnot have good service centre then take our p.c and give our money back
