    The last engineer has confirmed that the mother board is faulty, and the shouting / threatening manager is still thinking/ assuming that it is an operating system issue.

    The memory slot is not functioning as per engineer, dont know how this manager has still got anything to say or complain that it is an OS issue.

    Also the minute he started to speak, he has prejudiced mind and it totally biased towards his idea on this issue, which was never correct.

    also said that he can't trust me and he will legally take actions against me. what a great service Dell is offering ? All I want to know is the necessary procedure to send dell a written complaint.

    Angry dell laptop complaint

    This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased a dell laptop service tag no 5bsr7bs on 18/12/2010 and within a month it stopped working and the reason was of the faulty harddisk and the default in the optical drive.we complaint dell their technician visited at our place he replaced the hard disk bt after replacement also the laptop did not start and the problem in optical drive was not solved.It shows that the whole system is faulty and we hav complaint them to replace us with the new laptop but their is no response.

    Default Faulty Dell Laptop

    I have a Dell Studio 1557 System tag: 3QH95BS...My problems have been many. I First bought a laptop in 2009 which was a studio 1555..within 6 months i had to go through 2 hard drive changes and 1 battery change...and after that again they wanted to change my hard drive and motherboard to which i protested and demanded a complete replacement..that was finally agreed after a lot of discussion and calls...i had to return my old laptop and wait 1 month for the replacement..they provided me with an upgraded processor and OS but that was not of any help...I still am facing constant Blue Screens and if i remove the adapter pin then the laptops shuts down...The laptops lags and is slow even though it has an i7 processor...it gets heated up..the same problem i was facing with the previous laptop..i gave in a complaint today and they want to change my motherboard and 3 more parts..i have agreed to it..but im fed with the laptop and with DELL.
    Could please advice as to what course to take...as i am fed up with the laptop.

    Thumbs down Dell products have very poor and bad quality

    dear all
    the service provided by dell -- very poor..
    Quality of components used -- very very poor..
    Warrenty -- only to earn money...not for customer satisfaction...
    Request to all don't purchase any dell products....

    Default misbehaviour of dell costomer care

    a couple of months ago i bought a dell laptop(dell inspiron 15 r) for my project.On arrival immediately, the computer was faulty!!!the white spots on screen.MY WORST FEARS HAD MATERIALIZED! Not only This, But when i rang up and discussed the issue i was told to replace my screen and during this they damaged hard disc and they replacees it also and again they fail to resolve my issue.After Countless hours discussing my issues with the dell tech team, This continued for 15 days,When i should've been in college.When i rang them on the ninth occassion they finally agreed to send me an cd of oprating system but after 7 days when i wrang them again they say no.
    As a result of all the above, i rang up and asked for my money back.

    There response was "We dont give refunds you can either get a replacement or a repair", this continued for ten minutes until i had to demand to talk to the manager then they disconnect my call.

    This will be the last time i ever purchase from dell again.now i conclude this, that only consumer court can help me.At least theres some light at the end of the tunnel.

    I have ordered a dell Inspiron 15R through dell .co.in on the 20th of january and have made the payments on the same day!! expected delivery date of my system was 11february but that has passed and i have still not received my machine.every time i call the customer care of dell they shun the matter by saying that it is not their department and they shall talk about it to the sales or to delivery department etc!!the harrasment caused is far beyond words!!

    laptop of dell model -inspiron N4010 with "dos" operating system(4GB RAM, 500GB HD) with aONE year complete cover
    warranty. now i want to install windows xp os, could you please send me the drivers set for XP and WINDOWS7

    Default Faulty Dell laptop after being serviced twice

    Dear Sir,

    I bought Dell Inspiron laptop last year. After 3-4 months it started giving me problems of blue screen, laptop gets hanged and brightness of laptop changes automatically. I took my laptop to Dell service center at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi twice but result is same.

    I have registered my complaint in dell customer care also but was not able to get hold of any technical support person.

    Now when finally my call to technical support is attended, my laptop is out of warranty by just 1 day. And now Dell people are saying that I have to bear the charges as its out of warranty. It is not my fault because I called several times on customer care and even took my laptop to service center twice.

    YE LAPTOP MAiNE 25/06/2011 KO LIYA THA.Par after 15 days iski window kharab ho gyi, or jab humne dell service center me phone kiya to unhone humko kaha k ye laptop to india ya chandigarh ka nhi ha, ye laptop to Canada ka ha! than i'm shocked, or fir humne usi shop ke owner ko phone kiya jaha se humne ye laptop liya tha. to usne kaha k koi baat nhi ma isko abhi thik kr deta hu! uske baad sir is laptop ka speaker bhi kharab ho gya. or bhi kafi logo ko us shop wale ne ase hi dhoke me rakha ha.wo apni shop ka stock forn se mangwata ha, or usko india me sale krta ha, sir please aapse request ha k aap uske khilaf action li giye! or aap mujhe mere paise ya mujhe ek indian laptop wanha se dilwaye!

    Angry Dell sucks.

    I am a student in Singapore and I bought a Dell laptop on friend's recommendations and was attracted by the good prices and excellent service/support team.

    My harddisk crashed randomly last month and I was told my hard disk would be replaced. I spent a few 100 dollars recovering data. Two weeks later, my NEW hard disk crashes again. I've lost all my data AGAIN and I'm extremely upset because I can't afford to recover it again. I am extremely mad and disappointed in Dell and it's complacent service support team.

    On being asked what if this happens again, i was told Dell couldn't help me in any way!

    500 dollars recovering data the first time - i could only afford to recover partially.

    Data lost the second time.

    Angry Dell XPS 15 L502X Display Problem

    Dear Sir,
    This is Karthick Srinivasan from Chennai. Last month 25 Oct 2011 I've purchased a DELL XPS 15 L502X modeled laptop from a Direct Dell showroom (Bharathi Computers, Annanagar). i used that computer only 3 Hrs, from the date of purchase.
    When (15Nov2011) I'm using that laptop suddenly the Display getting off. After that i Complaint this issue to the dealer. They checked and told me "your Display had some problem and we can't correct it". They are not interested to here my words they need only money not Customer Satisfaction (Because of i paid full amount by cash when it was delivery). Same thing the battery backup withstands only 15-17 hrs while not in use the computer. The laptop worth is Rs.80,000 but the Display life is only 20 days...? what a poor design...? i feel "I'm purchasing a second hand laptop........??? not a new one.....!!! "

    I'm not satisfied with this computer. I've one year warranty period. Can i replace this entire laptop? What is the procedure for replacement? please help me...

    Hai,

    I bought a DELL lap top from GIRIYAS store Chennai Annanagar on 27/2/2012 Model : INSPIRON N5110, which created a problem on the next day & we contacted the customer service center number & they replayed us - Its a CD DRIVE problem, SERVICE TAG NO : FNCVWQ1
    We taken the LAP TOP to the DELL Service center (DELL AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER, No;1,Salzburg squre, No-101 Harring ton Road,Chetpet, Chennei_ 600031, Ph - 044 42855089) on 2/3/2012, they checked & they asked for 3 days,
    we received a call from the service center on 6/3/2012 for delivery, they checked the same LAPTOP & given the feedback as HARD DISK problem changed the same, the service person not even bother to get the feedback from me(PremKumar)
    just they are laughing at each other and commending us....totally upset.. spending Rs.45600/- and not even working for 2days..is not acceptable...& the reason i bought is for a project..its totally got failed...i got a lose of more than 1 lack in this project......I cant accept the LAPTOP be Serviced, NEED TO BE REPLACED & need a New NEW LAPTOP.
