This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased a dell laptop service tag no 5bsr7bs on 18/12/2010 and within a month it stopped working and the reason was of the faulty harddisk and the default in the optical drive.we complaint dell their technician visited at our place he replaced the hard disk bt after replacement also the laptop did not start and the problem in optical drive was not solved.It shows that the whole system is faulty and we hav complaint them to replace us with the new laptop but their is no response.
