I would like to enlighten my problem, which I am facing since more then a 3-4 month. I have purchased HCL ME ICON L 54 Laptop with Invoice no- 23772, dated 16th May 2011, with product code – AE1V2621-I, M/C Sl. No-5111AE841539, Facing problem for keyboard, non of its key’s are working since 16th Aug 2011, I complaint the same matter to its customer care (Toll free no- 1860 1800 425), with Complaint No- 8400027639 on dated 16/08/11, they have committed me 48 Hrs resolution period, But problem remain unresolved. I again made a repeat complaint,

Complaint No-8400029434 on dated 19/08/11. But again the same response from HCL Support Team. Still I haven’t received any call nor any technical dept. tried to contacted me. Till Date 5-6 times i tried to contacted them, they say every time that our team will resolve the issue within next 48 hrs.

This is very disappointing response for HCL Support Team. So it is my request, to HCL Support Team to please provide me solution for my Laptop. Either by replacing with the new one or get it repaired, As earliest As possible.

Hi,

I had bought a HCL laptop Model D9912 about 4 years ago. Since then i have to change the hinge continuously after every 3 months. The hinge itself cost around 3000 rupees. Until know i have spend around 12-15 thousand rupees on hinge replacement. I don't know why the company makes such product when its service is unsatisfactory. i am no longer capable of replacing the hinge anymore.

gud evening sir actually my hcl laptop have some problems then i'll give my hcl laptop for waraanty at vasista technology gwalior and my warranty card take hcl customer care they lock my complents and he say to me that u get ur laptop after 10-15 days but now i go to take my laptop then he say that my laptop is out of warranty but i have receipt of warranty the main thing is that before 10 days they say that ur laptop is in warranty but now say that it is out of warranty and my call lock i.d is(8400060136) and telephone number of hcl service centre in gwalior is 0751-4078960 plz............ help me sir
