I purchased a HCL computer from your dealer M/s ORSON AUTOMATION VADAPALANI CHENNAI600026 in dec'08 with a 3YEARS WARANTY . I had aproblem on March9th 2010. Your above dealaer Engineer came to my house and taken th 160GB HARD DISK for repair. After 4 days he informed in phone that the hard disk failed and to be replaced by HCL as warranty is there. Till date (18/04/2010) he has not returned the Hard disk and I am not able to use the computer. Please let me know whether the abovfe dealer is having a contract with you or not. If so When you will replace the Hard diskand make me to use the computer.

Hi Sir,

I have purchased a new laptop battery from HCL service center, Bangalore. When I tested my laptop with the new battery, it didnt work. The service center guys said that i must re-callibrate the battery alteast 3 times then only it will work properly. I tried reconditioning the battery in my home but still that battery is not giving even 1 sec backup.

What should i do now?

I have bought a PC on 14th August, 2010 from VSM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. and from the day number one it is not functional despite several trips of their software engineers. Now i have been told that i should get in touch with HCL directly though its only 14 days that i have bought this PC.
