Default HP pavilion dv6- 3049TX producing vibrations and shocks when plugged with AC Adapter

I have purchased HP Pavilion dv6-3049TX from Pathankot , Punjabon 17/08/2010 India through authorised HP world outlet . This laptop is giving mild to strong shocks when power adapter is plugged in. The shock produces real sensation and unbearable too. Dealer replaced it once with another laptop on advice of your authorised engineer who checked it thoroughly in Pathankot. But this laptop bearing serial number INA02708JT having the same problem. In fact the Four laptops (3049 TX series available with HP world dealer) including this one is having the same problem. This defect is very serious in nature and can prove fatal too. I requested to immediate recall all the lot and compensate customer immediately. The dealer already mailed problem to the company.
The issue is still pending since 24/08/2010( with case ID 4618879579) infect from the date on which Laptop was purchased on 17/08/2010 as the matter was reported to dealer on the same day . One unit was replaced but same problem existed. One of my Friend Purchased same laptop model from Pathankot itself and from the same dealer, The Unit gave very strong shock at his location in Pathankot. The Unit was returned and money was taken back. In fact HP world showroom at which this laptop is sold shows the same shock problem and even dealer have to lodge complaint through phone support and may be his case may be also pending.

Number of reasons assigned among them one is improper earthing/grounding at home.

In this connection I have to submit as under

    1. This is a mobile unit not a desktop and it has to be carried out at my work place or any other place in the world where ever I want to move and how one can be sure that there is proper earthing/grounding at that particular place.

    2. As this problem is inherited may be due to metallic casing but it the duty of HP to provide solution as I believe HP has very good technical team with very efficient and capable members.
    3. As the problem seems to be really serious one as HP has taken so long to provide solution( more than 11 days gone ) this unit should be recalled immediately and I may please be refunded my amount immediately along with compensation.
    4. If HP has solution , the solution should be immediately provided to me without any further delay. If some research is being done let company do that independently but not at the cost of customer.
The problem is causing personal harm and of very dangerous in nature in long run. If HP do not refund money only option left is to sue the company is consumer court. So please help me in this matter.

I have bought the same model "hp pavilion dv6-3049 tx "on 11/9/2010 from chandigarh, sector 20 -c. I am also facing the same problem of electric shocks with this notebook. This problem is not related with one or two pieces but this model is defective. hp have to refund all the money back to its costumers with compensation. Along with this problem its speakers stopped working after four days. i want hp to immediately recall all the units of this model back and compensate to costumers.

Default hp pavilion dv6 3049tx model is a defective models with lots of serious problems

    1) i hav purchase dv6 3049yx on 20 sep,2010.as soon as i got started with it,it function in an unexpected way.....like when i want to open every icon on destop or any programme it asks for choose your default programme to perform the functon(i.e. a window appears on the screen saying,"do you want to make changes to your computer.....same as when one wants to install any software").so i complained to the hp customer services n they order me a set of operating system dvds.but till now 7 days have gone and i did't get them. 2) before purchase of this one i did't read the reviews about it. the very first day when i started the laptop......i was sitting on a sofa and the power to the laptop was through an inverter.when i swipe the finger on its metal finish it feels strange....firstly i thought it is giving electric shocks to me....and secondly i thought its may be a metalic touch, but what was the exact reason, still i don't know becoz i'm using a wireless keyboard n mouse and i have done the lamination as well. 3)the third problem is HEATING OF THE ADAPTER.it got too much temp when charging.i also tell this to customer care agent but she told me that it may be a BIOS version problem.but seriously i wanna know to the hp company's owner, why they equipped this one with an older bios version which can't support dv6 3049tx. LASTLY ...........I ALWAYS TREAT HP THE BEST COMPANY AMONGST ALL ITS COMPEITETER.I NEVER ASPECT TO IT THAT IT COULD MAKE THAT MUCH DEFECTIVE PIECES ACROSS THE WORLD.HP SHOULD REFUND THE MONEY TO ITS CONSUMER BEFORE THEY GO FOR "A CONSUMER COURT" TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE A BIG COMPANY AND YOU WOULD LEARN TO YOUR MISTAKES.BECOZ APPLE HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERY AND ADAPTER OF ITS MACBOOOK WORLDWIDE FOR CUSTOMER'S SAKE........SO WHY NOT YOU????????

I have purchased HP Pavilion dv6-3049TX from bhopal on 16/10/2010.it is also giving shock when plugged in all through the metal frame. Once i felt the shock when the power was switched off put adapter was plugged in. i feel mild to strong shocks on the dvd writier even when i try to insert pendrive. This is felt besides the fact that i keep my laptop on wooden table.hp should give full replacement and compensation to its costumer for this faulty product. please give my money back hp'.
