I am an HP pavilion laptop user. The laptop details are as follows:
Serial no: CND91240X1
Product no:NU266PA#ACJ
The system is a DV4 1257tx laptop.
Purchased the laptop in June 2009. Unfortunately in around an year’s time the system board had to be changed thrice & also the Display panel had to be changed once. Also lot of times I had to visit the service center(Simtech – In Mumbai) almost every alternate month. Every time I called up the HP call center & also asked the service centre people to replace the laptop as it is definitely a faulty system. However every time i was being asked to visit the service centre & get the laptop part’s either replaced or get repaired. Now again the display panel has gone bad & I believe again it will have to be replaced. Unfortunately the HP people also have stopped the extended warranty system hence now I will also have to spend the additional amount on the display panel. I do have all the case details with me along with the email conversation with different people of HP for proof.
Should I lodge a complaint against HP and ask for the replacement? I would appreciate if some expert out there can guide me on this.
