Sub.: Regarding compensation



Sir,



I have purchased a Compaq Laptop and within one year of purchase we are facing a lot
of operational problem in same.



This is the third time within a month when the LAPTOP I send in the Compaq Service
center. Further I would like to mention that after two subsequent repairing and
servicing we are not able to power on the LAPTOP so again I send this Laptop to
Compaq Service Center. These are the following detail of my complain

Due to such problem many work suffer so we are facing Economical, Physical and
mental problem but they have no care of my problem.



Therefore I would like request you please solve my problem as soon as possible and
provide me compensation Rs. 2 crore which I face due to his wrong commitment and
services.



I hope you will definitely solve my problem and provide me my compensation very soon.
