    Default Lenovo Ideapad Laptop

    Dear Sir,

    I had bought a Lenovo Ideapad Laptop from Itj Retails Pvt.Ltd.,Vapi on 16th
    January 2009 worth Rs38500.The salesman Mr.Sahil had issued me receipt for
    my payments for two drafts

    that I had given buthad promised me that he will be issueing te bill and
    invoice the next day but from then he is avoiding my calls and is not
    issuing the bill or invoice.Whenever I ask him for the bill,he makes fake
    excuses,asks me to call Itj Retail office in Pune and another person called
    Atul for bill.

    I am mentioning the phone numbers of the persons and Itj Retails office
    below:-

    Lastly I hope the consumer court to take srious action against such retail

    Smile Lenovo ideapad Y710 HINGUS PROBLEM

    Dear sir
    I had purchased a Y710 LAPTOP FROM croma shop from MULUND (W) AT LAST YEAR AND TEH COST OF RS 50,000
    I have a lenovo y710 laptop form last month when i was working at my home on my laptop there is a crack on my laptop that crack is suddenly coming when the laptop is charging with adapter after that i log complaint in Lenovo team my laptop is in under warrenty also but now they are saying is we are not support these physical damages if they are not supporting in these situation tehn what kind of warrenty company gave to customer is that only software warrenty IAM NOT AGREED WITH THEIR STATEMENT

    can you please help me in these situation to servic emy laptop with in warrenty period.
